Usher / Ticker takers

We are Bert Ogden Arena, and our goal is to create remarkable customer experiences in the Rio Grande Valley.  We seek friendly and helpful customer service professionals to join our team. We are hiring Part Time Event Staff for the following positions: Parking attendant, security, usher, and ticket taker. We seek those who are committed to providing high level customer service to Guests, and to be available to work large events. 

Job brief

Will greet every fan to Bert Ogden Arena, and will work to ensure all fans have a proper ticket for the days game/event. Additionally, ticket takers will assist the overall management staff in preventing prohibited items from entering or leaving Bert Ogden Arena. Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older 
• Pass background check 
• Have valid ID and social security card 
• Possess the ability to meet dress standards.   
• Possess good verbal and written communication and team building skills.  
• Must be able to work long hours, flexible hours including evenings and weekends. 

Job Type: Part-time, event based

Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour
